Heirloom premium cotton blend wadding is 80% unbleached cotton & 20% polyester and is lightly needles punched. It can be stitched by hand or machine up to 4in apart. It shrinks about 3-5% and can be pre-shrunk. Sold by the quarter metre e.g for 1 metre add 4 in the quantity box.
