Ordering and Shipping:
Our business days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders are dispatched for our online shop based in Kilmacrennan, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, Ireland, within 1-2 working days with the majority of orders sent within 1 day. We are committed to getting your order posted as fast as possible, so orders received before 11am on a business day are likely to be dispatched on the same day.
However, please note that in times of high demand such as a sale or a busier period that delivery of the your order may take longer.
Shipping to Ireland & UK
We offer a flat rate shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland of 5 euros. Flat rate shipping to the UK Mainland is set at 9 euros.
Receipt of Order:
In order to reduce our environmental impact we will not include a copy of your order/receipt with your order. We will however email you a copy for your own records.
Returns
We strive to offer our customers the best service and check the order before it is dispatched. We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product or would like help then we are happy to help.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty products we will cover the postage cost of returning the goods to us and provide you with a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation of Order
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a right to cancel your order within the period of 14 days starting on the day you receive the goods. We strive to offer our customers the best service so if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order then please contact us clearly stating your request by email (the.sewing.drawer@gmail.com).
When making an exchange or return the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
